Do I need to be registered to search and apply for jobs?

In order to see and search for job opportunities on Hotel Careers Asia, you do not need to be registered in our system.

However in order to apply for a job, you need to register as a Job Seeker on Hotel Careers Asia, as the system uses an internal Messaging and Communication System and this works only between registered member.

Why can’t I log into my account?

HotelCareersAsia.com passwords are case sensitive and may have both upper and lower case letters. If you cannot remember your password please click on the “Forgot Password” link and it will be sent to your email address. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least 1 number and 1 letter.

What does “Work Permit Needed” mean?

When a job posting says, “Work Permit Needed: Yes”, it means that you must be a citizen of or have a permit to work in that country to apply to the job. The employer is not willing to provide or assist you in obtaining a visa or work permit.

Is Hotel Careers Asia a recruitment company?

No. Hotel Careers Asia is just a technology provider to facilitate the communication between employers and job seekers. Think of us as Asia’s largest online hospitality careers magazine. We do not “look for” jobs for job seekers. Hotel Careers Asia is an employment tool for job seekers and employers to get in touch directly.

If I have not been contacted by an employer to which I have applied, does this mean that they have not received my resume?

No. The employer will have received it, but please understand that many employers do not respond to all applicants. You may, of course, decide to follow up with an employer directly to be sure.

Can I search Job Opportunities outside of the Asia Pacific Region?

No. As our name says it already we focus purely on the Asia Pacific Region with our Job Board. Only job opportunities in the listed countries are available.

Can I change my email, password, and contact information?

Yes, login and click on “YOUR NAME” in the top right corner of the navigation bar and make the necessary changes. Press Submit. The changes will be saved for you.
