Why are there Companies and Departments under my Employer Account?
Can I search for Resumes once I am an Employer?
The system in its initial phase of re-launch will not be open to Employers searching for resumes of existing registered job-seekers, as the test re-launch shall give the Job Seekers as well the same amount of time to familiarize themselves with our new system. At a later point this functionality will be enabled for all Employers within the Credit System to use.
What to do first after I registered as Employer?
Once you have created your initial Employer Registration, you need to create a company profile to be able to post job opportunities. In the Employer Dashboard click on +ADD COMPANY and create the Brand profile of your company, which will be as well visible to visitors and registered job seekers on the website. Once you saved your company profile the system will assign the 500 FREE Credits to you account and you can start your journey with us.
Why can’t I log into my account?
HotelCareersAsia.com passwords are case sensitive and may have both upper and lower case letters. If you cannot remember your password please click on the “Forgot Password” link and it will be sent to your email address. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least 1 number and 1 letter.
Is Hotel Careers Asia a recruitment company?
No. Hotel Careers Asia is just a technology provider to facilitate the communication between employers and job seekers. Think of us as Asia’s largest online hospitality careers magazine. We do not “look for” jobs for job seekers. Hotel Careers Asia is an employment tool for job seekers and employers to get in touch directly.
I’m not an Hotel Careers Asia Employer yet. Can I purchase credits or post a job?
You need to register as an HCA Employer to purchase credits or post a job. Start by Registering as an Employer and our system will automatically assign you 500 FREE Credits, so you can check out our system and post job opportunities
I wrote the wrong information in my Job Posting. How can I change this?
Once you have logged-in, go to “My Jobs” in the Job Manager System and click on the “Modify” link next to the job you want to change. Make the changes and press Submit.
I suspect that someone is posting a suspicious job posting using my company name. What should I do?
While we regularly review postings on HotelCareersAsia.com, as an online company, we are subject to scammers and suspicious activity. We work quickly to remove any fraudulent activity, but if you spot something that seems off, please contact us at info@hotelcareersasia.com and we’ll address the issue as fast as possible.
I am an existing HotelCareersAsia.com Employer. Can I purchase job posting credits online?
YES. The system is set up to make it as easy and as convenient for you to interact on our site. You can buy CREDIT Packs (the higher you buy, the more discount you receive!) directly on the website and pay with PayPal or your favorite Credit Card for the purchase and as soon as the purchase has been verified, the Credits are available for your use.
