Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Hotel General Manager to lead the team at Holiday Inn Karon Beach Phuket and drive the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of hotel operations. The role requires a leader who can inspire excellence and foster a dynamic, modern hospitality environment while ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in hotel management as a General Manager.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L performance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with an emphasis on operational excellence and guest experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Thai is an advantage.
  • Experience working with IHG and international hotel brands or luxury properties is preferred.

  • Lead the hotel in all operational areas, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Create a positive work culture by mentoring and motivating the team, promoting staff development and career progression.
  • Oversee budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure resource optimization and financial success.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international health and safety standards while promoting continuous improvement across all hotel departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and the local community, to enhance the hotel’s brand presence.
  • Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain Holiday Inn’s competitive advantage.
